These folks are part insurance sales people, part business advisers. you will NOT get type of service from your web based and/or 800 number insurance outfits. For ten years they've helped me with my business and personal insurance needs. They are a great mixture of traditional, in person customer service, and web/email/android app based service as well. I'm impressed with how they've been able to harass the power of technology without sacrificing the very essence of what it is to be a "trusted adviser" in all areas relating to insurance.
