- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not go to this Jackson Hewitt. The owner is unprofessional and extremely rude. After an extended time of not receiving my tax return, I called up this office and the owner was giving me false information and stating he had me confused with another customer. After having paid over 300 dollars to have my taxes done, I would have expected more help when figuring out why my tax return had not arrived after over 6 weeks since having them done. He just kept telling me he couldn't help and I had to call elsewhere, and eventually he hung up the phone on me, very rude and unprofessional especially having paid such a high price for a service.By Daniel Palumbo, August 18, 2017
